Peter & Donna Crew commented about their move to Deer View, Lea Town

The purchasing and moving in process was simple and smooth aided by the constant support and updates we received. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and response times to our many questions was excellent. You definitely feel cared about by the Lanley Homes team.

Our new home has been finished to an outstanding standard, and a very high degree of thought and planning has been utilised to bring about this result. Having lived here for a few months now we are really grateful we have chosen Lanley Homes and the Deer View development.

We would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone purchasing a new home.

From start to finish our dealings with Lanley Homes has been outstanding. We had a tricky move with a difficult chain on our ongoing sale, which took a long time to get resolved, but Lanley applied no pressure and went out of their way to help us get it sorted. Now living in our new home we could not be happier. This is our second new build home & the quality of finish is far above the standard of national housebuilders. We would recommend Lanley Homes with confidence. Thank you again Tom & Jordan

We are very pleased with our Lanley Homes house. The quality of the build and attention to details has been exceptional both internally and externally, making the house excellent value for money. This has been the third new build home we have purchased over the years and we must say the project management from start to finish has been second to none. We would have no hesitation in recommending the purchase of a new home from Lanley Homes.
